Queenstown is quite compact and walking is a great way to explore the CBD. The town centre is located ten minutes drive from the airport, Airport shuttles run regularly, and there are a number of taxi companies in Queenstown or you can pick up a hire car from one of the many rental car companies based at the Airport.
